Couldn’t Bentley’s V8 win actually count as another Audi V8 win? It’s the same Audi engine and setup but punched out to 4.0 liters over the original 3.6 liters.

I guess it could but the engine was modified by Bentley and they officially called it Bentley engine so I’m going with that.

I had completely forgotten about that clusterfuck from last year. At the time I thought it was going to be a platform they could keep playing with until it was somewhat competitive, but they pulled the plug on it.
